User Data Deletion
Last updated: 29 September 2026
gPilot004 Social Hub uses connected social-platform APIs to detect newly published gPilot004 content and notify the gPilot004 Discord community. If you have authorized the Social Hub and want data associated with that authorization deleted, you may request deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request using an official gPilot004 contact or social channel. In your request, identify the social platform/account whose Social Hub authorization you want removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other authentication credentials.
What will be deleted
Where applicable, the request will remove stored authorization-related information and limited Social Hub records associated with the connected account that are no longer required to operate the service. This may include platform identifiers and technical records used to prevent duplicate content notifications.
Disconnecting platform access
You may also revoke gPilot004 Social Hub access through the privacy, security, business integration, or connected-app settings provided by the relevant social platform. Revoking access prevents future API access using that authorization.
What may be retained
Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to maintain records that are not personal data associated with the authorization. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Confirmation
After a valid deletion request has been processed, confirmation can be provided through the same contact method where practical.
